Herbs are always from china since it is not grown anywhere else, but the encapsulating more than likely done in US.

Does anyone know if it thins the blood or any other interactions with blood thinners?

Is there a guarantee on this product?

I don't believe there is a guarantee on this product. I have Meniere's Disease and suffer with vertigo and tinnitus. I've been using this product for about 6 months at first doing the 3 capsules 3 times a day. Just recently, I have cut down to 2 capsules 2 times a day and it is still working very well for me. It claims to lessen the tinnitus but that hasn't been the cause for me but so far I haven't had any vertigo episodes so I will continue taking it.
