I was impressed by the easy to follow instructions. The added support to attach to the bottom of the cabinet is something the cheaper models don't seem to have. This shelf is solid and is built to hold weight. I also ordered a door kit assembly; however it is good to note that you need two, one for the top shelf and one for the bottom. Great product.

These are easy to install and work great. Yahoo no more crawling on floor to see what is in back of cupboard. Should of done it a long time ago.

Little more cost but cleans up a cupboard and provides easier access.

I just moved into a new house (downsizing) and the kitchen has much less storage space than my prior home. There are very few cabinets and a couple of them look like my before picture (no shelves). After taking measurements of my cabinet, I started researching different options on Amazon and came across these. I chose them because I liked that the shelves slide open individually and the reviews indicated that they were very sturdy. I will definitely confirm that these are very well built and VERY sturdy, which is great because I want them to last. My only comment would be about the assembly instructions. While it wasn't overly difficult to put together (I'm a girl who likes to build things!) the instructions could have been more clear. There are differences between the top shelf slides and the bottom. There are differences between the front of the shelf and the back (but they each have a handle, so it's not quickly apparent which end faces out). Nothing is labeled as front/back or left/right and there are a million holes predrilled in the U brackets that you DON'T use, so I think the assembly could be a little more clear. Other than that, I'm VERY happy with this purchase. I ordered two different sizes and they are both installed and made my new kitchen so much more functional. I DEFINITELY would buy again and would recommend.

Just installed two of these two tier wire slideouts. Manufacturing quality is xlnt. Assembly was easy. Installation theoretically easy (find somebody young to install these, my back and knees did not enjoy it.) My only 'complaints' are that the lubrication on the slides gets all over your hands and thus on everything else during installation. Plan on some cleanup. The machine screws holding the slides to the frame have no mechanism to lock them in. Plan on using some lock-tite or equivalent or expect loose screws over the life of the product. The screw heads are also not countersunk - panhead screws would be a better choice. A beginning engineers mistake - just because it fits doesn't make it right. Otherwise the engineering is good. Update: After writing this I installed 2 single tier 15" units. One went in perfectly. The second gave problems. On inspection I found that the base mounting pieces were slightly bent. I also found the right hand slider was not perfectly vertical, a slight cant. On completing the installation, I found the basket would not slide completely inward. Removing the basket I found ALL the screws holding the basket cross braces were loose (See the 1 star review by Pamela J Kenyon) - those screws were the same machine screws as previously mentioned and were again not countersunk. Reinstalling the basket it would then slide completely in, but the left slider made a clacking noise near the bottom of its travel. This unit was removed and will be returned. Originally I gave this 5 stars. Now only 3. Once installed they should serve my purpose very well. I may order more, but they will be inspected carefully before install and no tolerance will be given for these defects.
