Lulu Jr. Illustory Book Making Kit, Multicolor

A great 🎁 idea! Gets the creative juices flowing. And an awesome tool to unlock the writer within. Highly recommend! And the anticipation of the final product well worth the waiting. Highly recommend Lulu Jr. My granddaughter lost the cover page and the company worked with us to get the book published 😀 My granddaughter is proudly showing off her published book! Definitely worth the $ and a small price to pay to unlock the ♡ of a young artist! Thankful for this opportunity. Very easy to write and explanation to finish & mail in rough copy. My granddaughter is 9. Her sister is 10 who was her editor illustrator of art. A fun sibling adventure. Material is well put together. Very fun for kids. Join the adventure order yours today! 🎁 💝

This is an amazing gift! Such a great price for something that makes a child feel like a real author and illustrator. It comes with everything you could need and the end result is great quality!

The Lulu Jr. Kit has been an absolute delight for my six-year-old daughter. She spent two months creating her very own book and had an absolute blast using the kit's user-friendly pages. The process was engaging and fun, allowing her imagination to run wild as she crafted her story and illustrations. The end result was a book that she's incredibly proud of, and we all love it too! One of the things we appreciated about the kit was the option to print additional pages from their website. This came in handy when my daughter made a few mistakes during the creative process, and it saved us from feeling frustrated about needing to keep the mistakes. The flexibility to add or replace pages was a thoughtful feature that enhanced the overall experience. However, the only downside we encountered was the delivery time. It took about 8-10 weeks for the book to arrive in the mail, which felt quite long, especially for an excited young artist eagerly waiting to see her finished creation. Despite the wait and the additional cost of roughly $14 (excluding shipping) for extra copies of her book, the joy and pride my daughter felt upon completing her very own book made it all worthwhile. The Lulu Jr. kit is a fantastic way to encourage creativity and storytelling in young minds, and we highly recommend it to any parent looking to nurture their child's imagination and artistic skills that doesn't involve a mess!

Daughter was so excited she finished the kit within three days of receiving it for her birthday. The finished product is good quality with sturdy materials, vibrant color, and nice type setting on the title page and back cover. Now getting it between the creation and final product stages was a bit more challenging. Handed it to a USPS counter clerk the first weekend in November and hadn't received the book or any contact six weeks later. Contacted customer support who responded promptly. Apparently, they recently changed their address so packages were 'delayed'. Luckily, I had scanned the story pages as recommended in the kit and they were able to get it in their production queue quickly using the electronic version. We received the finished product within 2.5 weeks of sending the scanned pages. So, scan the story pages and order form before tossing it in the mail, just in case.

Perfect gift for kids. My 8 year old sister loved creating her own book and then getting the physical copy. Shipping the physical book back to the kid takes a really long time though

I have been purchasing Illustories since my daughter was little, she is almost 40. Both my daughters have made them and this is the third granddaughter to get one. Kids get to be creative and see their work become a book. Fun and learning hand in hand!

Gave this gift to our 11 year old who loves to read. We actually used this for a homeschool project. The writing guides were easy for him to follow and was a fun way to practice writing skills. He enjoyed illustrating and putting together his story and waited with excitement for the final product. It took about 4 weeks to come and was well worth it. Great quality and such a fun memory.

My 9 year old granddaughter is excited bout writing her own book. I’m anxious to see the final product. Her mom loved this gift.
