Hello, would this be suitable for an 8 year old girl?

It's quite basic, but I see no reason why an 8 year old would not still have fun with it. I bought it for my 3 year old granddaughter, more for the reason it can be packed away with ease and seemed a good step-up from Fisher Price. Her 6 year old sister loves to play with it, with more imagination. The thing with Playmobil is you can add from other sets. The swimming pool one was a great hit also the playground set. All furniture is loose. There is a lot of it and are very small and fiddly.

Yes, I bought this for my 3 year old. It is a bit fiddly but she had been playing with Playmobil before as her older brothers already have a few sets.

Yes certainly for the 3 year old - and I would say for the 2 year old too (with supervision) as long as they both understand that it is a toy and nothing must go near their mouths. It is an excellent toy and they will love carrying it around! It is particularly good for a night away as it even has room inside for pyjamas and toothbrush! We love ours.
