Sour after taste, raised blood sugar

Raising blood sugar, checked twice... If stevia or other zero carb sweetener is used why its raising blood sugar, also have a sour after taste i used two scups and returned, 3rdly i found 3 plastic scup inside where one was enough, it seems re-packing or sub standard fillings.
