It does offer a high shine but as I use a small amount it is not too bad. But I saw a review of this which is a pomade hybrid and stated that it cleans up easy and more water based. Consistency looks more clear gel like, but the residue is not sticky. The end look is more sheen with an ultra hold. When I work from home between my office days, I can just run a comb through it before I start my day and it would look perfect avoiding the out of bed waves and tangles. Happy to stick. The worst product for me from the same HDF range is Quicksand!
