Didn't think as a mid 20s guy, I would like these pads so much for my skin
These pads are a great addition to anyone's skincare routine (even GUYS), especially if you’re serious about maintaining clear and even skin. These pads are packed with glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and hyaluronic acid, which work together to exfoliate, even out skin tone, and tackle blemishes. Over time, you’ll notice a real difference in your skin’s texture and clarity. The key to getting the most out of these pads is consistency. Using them regularly at night helps to gradually resurface your skin, making it smoother and more refined. They’re effective yet gentle enough for nightly use, and the long-term benefits are worth the commitment. What makes these pads even better is how well they work with other night time skincare products. Pairing them with your favorite serums and moisturizers boosts their effectiveness and helps you wake up with fresher, clearer skin. If you’re into skincare and want to see real results, these pads are definitely worth trying. Personally I use a moisturiser and eye repair cream nightly, the pads are great prior to these products.

Great product with a brightening, smoothing effect
I am 40 and have oily skin. These glycolic pads are the best I've found for sweeping over my face after cleansing and before serum. They are a 10% glycolic acid formula (rather than the weaker 5% formula of most glycolic toners) and I found they gave a similar result to Pixi Glow Tonic - they definitely have a brightening, smoothing effect on my skin which gives a more youthful appearance. I usually follow up with a light hydrating serum and a couple of drops of Clarins Lotus Oil in lieu of a moisturiser, but if you have normal/dry skin you could just as easily follow up with a rich night cream. I find my skin absorbs products really well after using these pads. I am pale, which means my skin tone can look very uneven at times, and I think these pads do help to even things out a bit and give me a bit more radiance, which my skin would otherwise lack. I also find that they reduce oiliness without being too harsh or drying and I have had far fewer breakouts since I started using them combination with a balancing oil. They've become a vital part of my routine and are usually reasonably priced. They're also very convenient, especially for travelling, as I don't have to carry a pack of cotton wool pads in addition to a toner.

Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Extreme Night Pads, 60 pads
I saw it on a deal on amazon and so thought I would try it. I used to have adult cystic acne. I didnt get a lot...not clusters all over the face or so, but sometimes localised to some areas of the face. These generally resolved over the years thankfully... but I would still get them randomly. Generally when they start disappearing for me.... the cystic region would reduce in size and flatten over several weeks but the area where the cystic spot was, would darken and stay on for months (even though Im not out in the sun), till it would slowly fade away. So to prevent these random occurrences, I adapted quite a lengthy routine for keeping my face clean by using neutrogena salicyclic acid face wash, face scrubs, face masks, facial oils, aloe vera, organic face creams and also by not touching my face (haha) etc. And recently I went back to using facial brush. I also generally like to use natural products as much as possible, where I can. But recently I was getting more spots in one area of the face, which again would leave areas pigmented after the spots resolved...so I would be left with flat, dark, small spots. And these pigmented areas would stay on for months till they faded. I started reading up about chemical peels through an article on a medical journal and a few generic websites, which demonstrated that these post inflammatory hyperpigmentations areas can be faded faster. And glycolic acid can help shed the superficial layers of the skin to hasten that. So I thought I would try it out. There are 60 pads in a box. The pads are soaked in a solution and very thin. The pad's one side is flat surfaced and other side is textured. There is not a lot of instructions on the tub- just basic instructions, which makes you think it musnt be too potent. Initially I followed the advise and only used it once a week. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I have been using it more frequently in a week too. It definitely stings when one is using it after washing their face. And it does redden the areas temporarily too. Ive had it a few times where my cheeks are peeling and more drier than usual but thats normal for chemical peels. Just moisturise more. I cannot exactly say that it is definitely improving my skin as I am using other products/routine with it, which I had abandoned previously...i.e. facial brush I am not getting any new big spots/pimples/zits/acne since Ive been using it. I would either get spots in areas where it cant be seen (near the temple, where strands of hair would fall and cover) or they are be small whitehead spots which do not cause any localised inflammation and vanish on their own.... so there is no post inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the moment. So YAY! I would like to give it more time to see how well it works. Therefore I am only awarding it 4 stars however if it shows a lasting change I am more than happy to go back and change my rating.

First great thing about this is that you don't have to ...
Oh my, talking about life-changing products! I'll get this out of the way first - i'm a guy in his late twenties and not really interested in all the facial stuff that my S.O. and other gals I know dig so much. But as a human being, sometimes there are days when something nasty shows up on me face. And sometimes, these days actually turn into to weeks. So I started taking care of my face recently and this is an integral part of my once-a-week clean-up. First great thing about this is that you don't have to (and are advised against) use it daily. With that goes also pretty good value-for-money ratio as it last for months. Next, it actually works and since I started cleaning my face with this, I haven't had even one nasty monster pop-up on my face and mind you, it has been almost two months. And lastly, yes, it smells pretty good. For an acid, at least. So take my word with a grain of salt because I know just a little about hygiene and what not and don't really read beauty tips in Marie Claire, but I cannot recommend this product more.

It will make your skin to look smoother and refract light better and make up will apply nicer on top
This is a liquid exfoliatant that eats away at the dead skin cells on the top of your skin thanks to the different acids. It will make your skin to look smoother and refract light better and make up will apply nicer on top. I always repurchase these and I love them. You just sweep one across your face and neck (I do it every other night) and then allow to dry and then apply my night serum and cream and then wash my face in the morning and make sure to wear SPF. It makes my skin glowy and smooth, it helps my pores to look smaller and if you press a pad on top of a spot it helps settle it down (although it can sting a little) thanks to the acids in them. I would recommend starting to use these 2-3 times a week - never twice in a row - and you can then see how your skin works with them. Do not worry about the fact that acids are involved, they won't burn you and the percentage is too low to cause any real lasting damage but it can make your skin more sensitive if you overuse them. Make sure to hydrate your skin after use and always wear SPF the next day (minimum of 30 UVA and UVB). Once a week maybe use a more gritty exfoliater.

Can't see any difference
These arrived quickly and well-packaged and the pads themselves were large and very well soaked in the product, so you only need one pad for the face (and neck if you feel so inclined). I'm in my 40s with very oily skin, so not sure if these are really what my skin needed but I thought I'd give them a go as the pricing wasn't bad at the time (it's since gone up to 10 pounds a pot which I think is way too much). I didn't see any difference or change to my skin whatsoever. The instructions said to use daily, which I did, but nada, nothing, nichts, rien, zip, zilch, not a sausage. My skin remained the same as always. Perhaps this is meant more for teenagers or people with problem skin? Anyway, if it contains ingredients you know work for you and the price is good, then by all means buy it. But for a first-timer, this wasn't for me.

Dry/combo skin
I have really dry skin so I wanted something to get rid of the dry patches. I had previously tried the glycolic fix scrub from the same range and really liked it, but I thought the pads might be quicker and more convenient. These are super strong, if I wipe my face once I feel a very slight tingle and it softens my skin up nicely, however the first time I really scrubbed at my whole face and my cheeks reacted really badly, it burned and took ages to heal so be careful not to overuse! However i also had a couple of those annoying under the skin spots on my forehead that normally make my skin bumpy and red and refuse to go for weeks, but the first time with these pads they magically healed and went away! Probably the saiylic acid. So basically, use these right and they are amazing :) they are a really good price, last ages, even out your skin tone and texture and generally brighten up your face. I want to explore the other nip fab products but I definitely see myself repurchasing these when I eventually run out. I recommend them highly!

Noticeable difference
Honestly, this helps maintain my skin very well. Any signs of build up, it will aid clear it over night. Like any product, it is not a miracle worker, you have to upkeep - however its as close as it comes for at home treatments. My skin is not terribly bad, just prone to build up n break outs, and so I don't use as often as it describes - but the point is i have noticed a positive difference since adding to my routine. I was hesitant to purchase as they are pads rather than a soluble, however there are a lot of thin pads that are soaked very well and so it is lasting longer than expected. Will purchase again. If your skin/problem area is considerably bad, perhaps buy as a one off to regain control but invest in a solution with similar ingredients. But this is the only one i've found that has glycolic acid + salicylic acid + hyaluronic acid.

ottimo prodotto

Excellent pads
I love these pads so much. They have really helped even out my skin tone and exfoliate my skin in general. They smell like grapefruit, which I really love, and the package is so easy to use. I usually am very lazy and on certain days I forget steps from my skin routine. The versatility of this product means that I can use them whenever I want without any hassle. The price to quality ratio is great and I would absolutely recommend them to any girl in need of gentle exfoliation.

They definitely make a difference.
I have always had horrible skin. It is very acne prone, dry, dull, peeling in spots, and when I wake up in the morning you can literally see all of the disgustingness clogging the pores of my face. I recently stopped taking hormonal birth control and my skin has gotten ten times worse. Typically I use a benzoyl peroxide cleaner with a rotating brush. That works wonders but since my skin is now getting worse even that is having a hard time keeping up. I purchased some salicylic acid pads in hopes that the benzoyl peroxide would kill any bacteria and the salicylic acid would help exfoliate the dead skin cells but they have never really worked well for me and this time was no exception. They help to exfoliate, but they always leave my skin dry, tight and shiny. I decided I needed to try something different so I purchased these glycolic pads. I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought them so I was really pleasantly surprised when they worked so well. These pads contain both glycolic acid as well as salicylic acid and the combination has really made a difference in my skin. I am noticing my pimples don't last as long, my face is brighter and overall my skin looks much healthier. The pads have a citrus smell to them. The pads themselves are not as abrasive as a typical salicylic acid pad which after some research I have learned is a good thing. It is not the abrasive pad that is doing the exfoliating, it is the chemical on the pad. In fact abrasive pads can actually irritate sensitive skin even more so I feel the softness of these pads is a great feature. To use these, you should first clean your face so that the chemicals can get into your pores more easily. I would recommend a mild cleanser, especially I you have not used glycolic acid before so that you do not over dry your face. Once your face has dried you apply the pads. You can rub but I blot so as to not cause any more irritation. I personally let my face dry and let the chemicals work for about 15 minutes or so and then apply a moisturizer for sensitive skin. I have read that once the chemicals dry it is fine to add moisturizer and I find that the pads work the same regardless of whether I apply moisturizer or not. Keep in mind everyone's skin is different and this may or may not work better for you. I apply these right before bed (your skin works to repair itself at night so this is the best time) and in the morning I simply wash my face with water and moisturize if needed or if I am going to be applying makeup. One thing I did learn is that if you don't need an all over exfoliation or if these pads are too strong, it is OK to spot treat with them. For example, most of my breakouts are around my mouth and on my forehead. Sometimes I will treat these areas every night and only treat my entire face every other night. Spot treating was something I never thought of to do and it has helped me tremendously. Also, make sure to use a good quality moisturizer. Personally I like to add a drop of jojoba oil to my moisturizer because it simulates natural sebum so it kind of regulates how much oil your skin is going to produce when it gets dry. Dry skin tends to produce oil to lubricate itself and oil clogs pores causing the breakout cycle. This is why a lot of people, like myself, with dry skin have acne problems. These pads have been a great addition to my skin care routine and I truly can see a difference since I have started using them. I definitely recommend giving them a try and I will be back to purchase more in the future.
