Use it in my Jag xf. **Q: Will this stop my tappet noise have put other treatment in and done nothing is it ok to put this in aswell** A: It quietened mine a touch but it wasnt that noisy to start with **Q: How do you use it** A: Empty the whole can in to the engine via the oil filler. Switch on. Enjoy. **Q: Is this additive ok to use with fully synthetic oil? Does it make a difference to hydraulic lifter tapping noise?....** A: I used it with synthetic oil no problems. However it didn’t make a difference to the noise! But I am not sure the light tapping I was getting was lifters.
