After I put this poor review into desertcart I got contacted by Retevis, they asked me a couple of questions on my problem and they concluded that I had a faulty item. They sent me a new one free of charge which arrived a day later via desertcart, and I have been told not to return the other one which is good as it is bothersome and time consuming to return an item. So as soon as it arrived, I tested the new item against the old, and the difference was very noticable, it was not buzzy anymore and the sound was vastly impoved, I was impressed at the difference. So thank you Retevis for the great customer service, if I had not put up the poor review, I would have had to put up with the buzzy noises, not knowing it was indeed faulty, and the fact they contacted me says volumes, I hope other companies start to do the same. I will keep my ear to this problem, just in case it happens again.
