NGK Spark Plug BPR5ES YBX 7422

Rapid 1 day delivery of spark plug. Great price and fits my petrol mower and got it going again. This version of plug even better since tightening nut is standard size. Highly recommend this company and product.

Usual reliability

My generator started stopping all the time (if you get what I mean) and after a service did not improve matters I ordered and replaced the plug. It was the same as this one and had rusted quite badly. The replacement brought the genny back to life. So if you do as you should and replace the plugs every 6 months use these they are fine. But do store them indoors in the dry as they are just steel. For the price I doubt there is much copper in them, despite what it says!

Great price for a quality plug

My first choice is always NGK, and has been since my first car ages ago. When gapped properly you can guarantee that if the engine doesn’t start first time it ain’t the plug! Nice to see how the working bit at the end is neatly protected with a stiff bit of cylindrical cardboard. I’m off to check the gap and fit it to my mower now. If it doesn’t start first time you’ll see a modified review 😀 All in all, highly recommended especially at Amazon’s bargain basement free delivery price. Update: June 1st 2022 Worked perfectly all last year. Mower taken out last April. Charged starter battery. Changed oil and air filter. Primed petrol feed. Turned starter key ………… Fired up first time after about 3 to 4 seconds !!

These might cost a few pennies more than other brands but you get what you pay for, reliability!

Funktioniert einwandfrei und ist für den Preis wirklich sehr günstig. Der Rasenmäher springt bereits beim ersten Zug am Starterseil sofort an. Auch nach mehreren Einsätzen gab es bislang keinerlei Probleme. Insgesamt ein sehr solides Ersatzteil mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei diesem Preis muss man den Zündkerzenwechsel nicht lange hinauszögern. Auch das manuelle Reinigen der Zündkerze kann man sich sparen.
