You could go a bit larger as the arm does tilt to the side! **Q: The machine stopped working when i tried to make an americano. The water still comes out as normal but after i put the filter with coffee it doesnt wk** A: Exactly the same thing happens to me. I looked at the handbook and read that first check the small hole in one of the filter cups. If it is blocked stick a needle through the hole to clear it. Then check the other filter cup, also holding it up the light and if you can't see the framework clearly wash with a brush and towel it dry. If that doesn't work empty the water tank and pour in descaler. Then run the liquid through your coffee maker several times. After that swill out the water tank and refill with fresh water and run it through until the smell of the descaler is no longer present. I did that successfully for nine months. However, this no longer works for me so I have contacted the manufacturer to ask for my machine to be repaired as it is under a two-year warranty. I hope that helps. **Q: buttons arent working. when I switch it on it is already on green? so i dont know when the water is hot** A: Press top lef button it will turn green then wait for middle button to turn green. Once the middle bottom is green then it means machine is hot and ready. Please note that during process of making coffee the middle green button will be turning on and off but you don’t need to stop just finish making coffee.
