I use my wife's bike permanently. It has a lower cross bar, so I can swing my leg over. The Trainer clamps the rear axle and you can adjust for wheel size. I also disconnect the rear brake, or don't try to use it in motion. Takes about 10 minutes to set up, but is quite secure once done. I like the magnetic rear roller which you can adjust tension with the hand control. I am happy with the trainer.
