Low-priced and easy to set up - despite the dearth of instructions - the printer works; though the print quality is good enough for letters and other everyday print tasks, I wouldn’t use it for picture printing. It prints quickly. I bought it because it was cheap. I am pleased I did.

Really good and still working 3 years later. Only one printer ink cartridge changed over that time. Well worth the cost at the time. But not WiFi linked.

Amazing value for money . For just over £38 I've got a very decent basic printer and a scanner too which is a bonus. I initially had trouble getting it to print until I realised I'd left a flap open when installing the ink cartridges! Would be better if the colours were in separate cartridges, but I'll be using it more for b&w documents and for this price I'm not going to quibble. Only real complaint, which many others have pointed out, is the lack of USB connecting cable. The fact that I bought one for £3 means that Canon's would have been pence to absorb into their overall costs. Reminds me of the days when electrical equipment didn't come with a plug! - no logic whatsoever. I've only had it a couple of days, but so far so good and overall am very happy with this lightweight and quite compact printer.

The machine is basic and ok but the seller is awful - did not indicate that the USB lead that connects this printer to the PC is not supplied - and this is not a wireless printer so you basically cannot use it until you buy the cable - how is that not the most important thing to indicate when selling any printer??? Without this cable, it is basically just a useless black box!! The other point that needs to be made is that the seller adds black and colour cartridges to the machine as a selling point. I have had the machine for two weeks, printing on the "draft" setting and not actually printing a lot (maybe 10 pages per day) and the black ink cartridge is nearly finished?? So either this machine is awfully uneconomical or the cartridge supplied was half empty. Will not ever use this supplier again. Of this was not a lockdown situation and I desperately needed a printer and returns were easier, i would have already returned this item

Easy to set up & works absolutely fine. Great price too. If you're buying please note the printer doesn't connect via WIFI it's USB only & a USB cable is not included. Although this is plainly stated I've seen several reviewers grumbling about it!

it was so cheap (bought it for £19ish) that it only lasted over 2 years. it did the job when needed (i didnt use it on a daily basis) , but now i need to buy another so 1 star for each year + i've been happy with its perfomance (it only prints on one side though)

wireless it is not no worries I prefer the good old USB cable I use a phone to talk and I have a Cannon and Nikon camera to take photos a phone is no good to me to take photos

Gleich mal vorweg, ich kann noch nichts sagen über die Langlebigkeit des Druckers, aber wenn die Rezension stehen bleibt, dann hat sich der Drucker auch weiterhin bewährt und verdient seine 5 Sterne. Ich habe ihn gekauft, weil ich eher selten Papier ausdrucke und für gelegentliche Ausdrucke nicht die allerhöchste Qualitätsstufe der Drucker benötige. Außerdem hat mich bei der Recherche nach einem neuen Drucker HP mit Ihren Abo-Modellen ziemlich genervt und wohl auch einige andere Kunden, daher war HP schon mal raus. Zum Ersteindruck: Das Druckbild schaut ansprechend aus, aber vor allem, was sehr positiv war, die Installation war in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Es ist, wie schon in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt wurde, kein USB Kabel dabei. Das dürfte für über 90% der Käufer kein Problem sein, da man ja meistens den alten Drucker gegen den Neuen ersetzt oder anderweitig in seiner heimischen Kabelsammlung fündig wird. Sollte man aber halt wissen, damit man lästigerweise nicht erst noch einkaufen gehen muss. Ich hatte da etwas Bedenken bei einem günstigeren Modell wie diesem und bei meinem Linux Betriebs-System (Elementary, Ubuntu). Aber der Drucker wurde sofort nach Herstellung der USB Verbindung erkannt und nachdem man die Patronen eingelegt hatte, wurde auch umgehend die gewünschte Seite ausgedruckt, kein ewiges Rumkalibrieren und Rumgeteste, wie ich das von einigen Druckern schon erlebt habe - und was mir immer tierisch auf den Zeiger ging ;-)
