If this wasn't the case I think I would of returned it. It sounds great but is very difficult to get it to work as it should. You pump it up, put in a pen and it splatters all over. If you can get it to actually spray properly it's only for a couple of seconds then it needs pumping again. And if you try to do it closer, it makes the paper really wet. She tried for 10 minutes and it's not been used since.
