Unfortunately my writing still looks like a spider has crawled across the paper but I live in hope it will improve. They have a long, slender profile with nice firm nibs in different widths, and they look stylish in my pen pot. The caps click on nicely and aren’t in danger of coming off easily. Ink is a decent black and does not smudge. Overall, very good pens.

A: Partially, I would't expect to use them in rain but when ink is dry, there is some resistance to water, hope that helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap but do the job well

I write lots of reviews. They do not read like advertising, they are just honest and include the good, the bad and the ugly where required. I write my reviews based on my decades of experiences in a professional occupation, as a consumer, a property owner and raising a family. This set of three (3) calligraphy pens is sold through Amazon at a cost of £4.89 (July 2017) as a "prime" item. Prime items are sold with a promise of next day delivery to Amazon prime members. You cannot rely on the next day delivery promise. There is no indication as to any potential additional postage charges applicable to non prime members. The pen set was delivered quickly alongside other items ordered. The pens are supposed to be sized at 2mm / 3.5mm / 5mm The pens are all identical in size and appearance. Each is marked as its respective size as above. The ink is a decent shade of black. You can see this in the photograph. I have written the same thing with each pen on 100gram paper. The pens are fairly good quality. I like them and would buy them again.
