Possibly stupid question, does foil face upwards or downwards? Thank you - children using tonight!** A: Foil side up is how its intended to be used to reflect your body heat back. But in practice it wont make much difference. Liam **Q: how much does it weight? and please dont say lightweight. I need a number!** A: I've been using mine for awhile but it is dry and clean and weighs 219 grams according to 2 different sets of my scales. Not sure why other's are claiming different weights. **Q: Is it a single mattress??** A: Yes it's a single. It's OK if you aren't too big. I'd recommend two for extra padding.
