This one is not like proper base. This product dry your nails and make them sticky, so then gel or vanish is on your nails longer. I was using this product couple of times but it's just ok, not like super great. I think that you can buy better one for the same money.

Can you use this product when adding a plastic tip to the nail?

Yes you can. You put it on before you apply any base coat or gel as I believe it helps the base coat or gel coat to bond to the nail. I use this myself.

Hi so this can be used under gel polish of any make as a primer?

Yes. You apply it first then let dry for approximately 30 seconds then apply the gel polish.

Do ypu have to use a dehydrater before this?

Nope paint on, leave to dry for min 30 seconds then apply the gel base coat.
