Delivery was swift and the courier company contacted me in advance to make sure delivery day was suitable with option to change which was good as you wouldn't want this to be left with a neighbour. The rack is really sturdy and I would imagine that it would support the full weights advertised. I brought a 7ft Olympic bar and weights from another site and it fits really well. I was surprised how well the cable system worked and I managed to assemble it without too much fuss. The bench is pretty decent too. It is a bit awkward to have someone spot you as the cable system gets in the way you can unclip it and tuck it to one side which helps. All in all I think that this package is excellent value for money. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that the paint scratches off way to easily. It even had a few scratches when i got it which I think happened in transit which I can live with. The little tool they send you to do up the bolts is a complete joke I used a car wheel wrench and spanner which worked perfectly well and was so much easier.
