DORCO PACE 4 Pro_ 4 Blades Refills x 8

These ones - the 4 blade ones are great. Holy cow, you can use them for months! But don't get the 6-7 blade ones because the blades are packed so tightly that the hairs get stuck between and there's no way to rinse them out and you end up changing your razor every 4-5 uses. But these ones - perfection.

When I started shaving my head in favour of my face, I wondered if my usual leading brand 3-blade razor would need to be upgraded. The skin differs greatly, and I soon discovered that no change was needed. However, where Dorco excel is in two areas: cost, and blade quality. I first tried Dorco's Pace 6, and for me the blades were way too sharp and close together. It was an uncomfortable shave. I wasn't giving up so easily though, so I went for the Pace 4. I instantly knew they had a winner. It's not called 'the all-rounder' for nothing. Four not-too-sharp-but-in-no-way-dull-or-inferior, well-spaced out blades glided over my skull effortlessly. I did not have to go over some areas repeatedly. Every hair rinsed clean from the blades between strokes, and it felt comfortable, dare I say enjoyable. I was done in half the time it usually takes. My first Pace 4 blade lasted a month, slightly longer if memory serves. Really couldn't believe it. It just kept cutting without any loss of performance. I'm with Dorco, and I'm staying.

A great shave with these blades

Very sharp and long lasting blades, the 4 blades are better to get into creases and folds of my somewhat aging boatrace (face), more than four blades offers no advantage to me, maybe 5 or 6 blades workon younger chins, but not for me, theses are just right.

Gives a much better shave than I was expecting and the blades last just as long as more expensive makes I have used.

Be careful as there's a blade at the top/back. I hadn't realised at first and nearly took the underside of knee off when had leg half bent to shave

I could only ever use brand name razors if I didn't want to slice my neck to bits, but even then I could only use the G brand ones as other brand name ones clog easily for me. These are marginally better than the ones I used to use, but the price makes them much better, so I'm very happy.

1st time that I have used one, much better than electric razor.
