The support is bad (The manufacturer not this seller) the site is bad, the manual looks like it was written in a rush and leaves things out. It's a pain to get it to connect. I spent a couple of evenings figuring this out from various boards (because their own info doesn't say). Right analog is weirdly placed but joysticks feel stable and buttons feel authentic. There are many ways of using the controller and you can also switch on and off your music, as well as switching songs. On the other, the left joystick had an x (left and right) axis had a problem as if it was tilted to the left. Less than one month of use, being that I used it at most 6 times, the controller is a waste of money. I'm going to issue a refund if a replacement isn't available. It has so much potential even though it is quite large and has an adjustable feature that you could hold your smartphone or your tablet with ease, or simply hooking it up to your computer.
