My son suffers migraines on a weekly basis and these helps him so much he even wears one to bed overnight most nights when he’s had a migraine in the daytime he panic if I don’t have any in the house even though he’s on medication I buy a box every month they brilliant. I myself have used one on the back of my neck because I’ve had a migraine and they really don’t work

I get headaches fairly frequently and some times analgesia just doesn’t help. This product provides cooling, soothing relief even though it doesn’t get rid of the pain it does help. The adhesive is decent. The effect is long lasting. I would recommend - and I repurchase often.

My go to for headaches. Can be used for menopause symptoms and hangovers too. Cannot live without!! Don’t buy the cheaper version, they gave me burns.

I buy these for my headaches regularly, they do relieve my pain, and prefer to use these as a natural pain relief rather than keep taking medicines, In my opinion these do work

I have a subscription for these, and they are delivered promptly.My daughter uses them in addition to other pain medicine.They cool and relax and are good for forehead and back of the neck.

I really don't think that these will ever cure a migraine. However, I do find them quite soothing to use and they can help to reduce the pain to a degree. However, I do wish that the adhesion could be improved. I always dry my forehead before applying but they still fall off fairly soon after applying. I find this really annoying. I sometimes use some microporous tape to try and stick the patch in place and this helps a bit. However I do find the cooling effect quite comforting so I continue to buy them. This pack of 3 boxes is good value for money and works out cheaper than buying boxes singly.
