Mineral Fusion, Liquid Foundation Olive 4, 1 Fl Oz

Love this foundation, gives decent coverage without feeling cakey. The Olive 4 shade matches so much better than other foundations that I've tried and my sensitive skin has never had a poor reaction with this product like with others.

Wanted to love this but I don’t even like it. It’s not full coverage or even buildable. And it’s not a matte finish. My other make up glides right off it (blush powder etc) And the bottle (without a pump or ???) is so annoying considering it takes 3x amount just to get slight coverage.

First of all when I opened the package and looked at the bottle, I thought it looked lighter than the Amazon sample picture. But when I compared them side by side they were exactly the same shades. I think it has something to do with a glass bottle. After trying the foundation, I can honestly say... It is an exact match. I am so picky about foundation, I have tried multiple brands. I finally gave up with Laura Geller, It was making me look dry and pasty, settling into my lines and not lasting at all during the day. I put on the MF (Olive 4), and so far I love it! Usually I am a little darker but I haven't been in the sun lately because of the weather. Living in Florida I always use sunscreen, I do not bake in the sun, but it's nice to have a little color. I couldn't easily do that with a little touch of bronzer. I'm going right back to Amazon and order two more bottles. At under $8 this is an unbelievable find. I think once you find the right shade you will be happy but at this price you can buy two and mix them if they're not quite right. Very happy!! I am a medium to lighter skinned olive undertone black women but tans to brown easily. I was excited to see olive based foundation because nothing ever matches me. Most are to yellow or muddy. I got olive number 4 and it is extremely light! There are very few blacks in my opinion that could ever use the light bright color. It may match a shade similar to Mariah Carey’s skin for reference. If you are darker then her then don’t bother! I’m disappointed over foundation again. I can comment on other qualities because I can’t use it. I had no problems with delivery or seller. Product just did not work out.

My only problem was figuring out the correct color for my skin. I'd suggest that they do a better job of showing all options given the diversity of skin colors for African Americans. I will probably have to blend it with a slightly darker color. I will try one shade darker.

They must have changed their formula. I’ve used this same product in the same color for two years. This bottle is very different.

I love this make up brand but when I received from this seller, the make-up separated into different colors. Was not happy with the result. No matter how much shaken it separates. Seemed it may have been stored wrong?

I haven't had it on long so I cant give a thorough review- but so far I love the coverage and the sheen- it makes my skin look younger and the color matches my olive tan better tat most ive tried- and its a healthier more conscious makeup
