These are the best pillows I’ve ever owned. I originally bought a pair for my husband and I about 5 yrs ago and we loved them so much, i immediately bought them for both of our children also. Since then, these are still our favorite pillows. The cooling affect is really nice but even without that, they’re just really good, heavy, super comfortable pillows. We take them with us literally everywhere we go if we’re staying overnight because we don’t sleep good with other pillows now. I praised them so much that my sister bought them and of course loved them and bought them for both of her children also. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a good quality, super comfortable pillow that has the added bonus of the cooling gel(that really does work great btw).

I live in Florida where it's always hot and humid. Even with the a/c on all the time at night I will often wake up once or twice to flip the pillow over because its hot and drenched in sweat. I received the pillow last night and after placing in a pillow case immediately used it. The first thing I noticed is that when I put my head on the pillow the pillow felt cool (not cold) and I didn't have to turn it over to find a cool side. Then I noticed how comfortable the pillow is. My head sunk into the pillow with enough support for my head, yet not stiff or giving me bad neck support. Then, this morning I noticed the most important thing; I slept through the entire night and din't wake up once drenched in sweat or having to flip the hot pillow. The pillow was not as cool as it was when I first put my head on it, but it was NOT hoot. If you are looking for a very comfortable pillow that provides great head and neck support that keeps you cool during your sleep; THIS is the pillow that you want to get. Over the years I have purchased a number of pillows (a few much more expensive than this one, including one that is advertised on TV as the best pillow) looking for the "right" pillow and I finally found one. In just one night this pillow has become MY FAVORITE pillow. I will definitely be purchasing another one.

While this is a very good value, it's not perfect, but knowing how it works ahead of time will help you know if it's the right one for you. I've spent about a year with an Iso-Cool Memory Foam Pillow, Gusseted Side Sleeper ,Standard , and I love/loved it, but after that time it started to lose its gusto-- it's going flat. This one couldn't be more opposite than that pillow, but both have their good qualities. From a poundage perspective, this pillow is extremely heavy. If you like a very dense "mushy" memory foam, this is that. Probably not the best for traveling, but this pillow will stay where you put it. Usually when a pillow is very heavy, it also doesn't collapse enough to comfortably sleep on your side with it, but this one DOES ease down enough to sleep on the side. The ISO Cool pillow, on the other hand, is a very light weight pillow. It's not memory foam at all, but does "run cool". So on to the cooling. This one feels EXTREMELY cool from the first minutes of use, but over a night of use I find that it's hard to move around on it and find a fresh "cool spot" compared to the ISO Cool pillow. The ISO Cool, in the opposite way, takes more minutes for you to find the cool spot, but it seems easier to roll around and find a new cool spot. There was a slight odor on this one, but it went away within a few days and is the identical odor that you find on most memory foam products. So I do like this pillow. It's not perfect mostly because the warmth of your head seems to warm surrounding areas and make it more difficult to find a cool spot after already sleeping, but if what you're looking for is a heavy memory foam pillow, or one that is very cold at the beginning of the night, especially for an affordable price, this is a good option.

I actually bought this for my Dad. He has been bed ridden for 14 months now. I will do almost anything to make him as comfortable as possible to be able to stay at home. My Mom told me that he sweats a lot at night and his pillows get wet. I researched and researched and decided that this was the one. I would never pay this much for a pillow for me, but for him - it has been life changing. I gave it to him yesterday and after about two hours of him using it - he told me he loved it! It stays and place and does not move down his back or to the side. It did keep him cooler. I told him the real test would be overnight. I just called him and he said this is the best pillow he has ever had! He said it worked well no matter how his head was on it. And he did not sweat! My Mom could not believe it! She always has to change his pillow cases every morning and she was happy that she didn't have to. This is will cut down on laundry too. When my family saw that I gave him this pillow and I took it out of the zipped cover - they all touched it and said they wanted one too! Then I said, "pillows for Christmas it is then. You get a pillow and you get a pillow and you get a pillow." I really was serious though. This is pillow is worth the money if you have sweat at night and need good support for your head. It came so nicely packed in a carry plastic zipped case with a handle. It is so sturdy and did not smell. Easy to carry as a gift and it fit in a normal size regular pillow case. My Dad has never been to picky about pillows. But I think we will have to make sure he always has this one now. I am happy with this purchase as are my parents! I highly recommend it!

I have used a cooling memory foam pillow with a gel top for several years, but a few months ago, I purchased what I thought would be memory foam that turned out to be cut up pieces of foam. I tried to like it, but it just got worse and worse. It left me with terrible neck, shoulder, and back pain every day. I decided to purchase this pillow because it looked similar to my last pillow similar to this one. The very first night with this, I slept better than I had in months! This pillow is pretty firm, so if you want something squishy, this ain't it! The cooling gel on the top keeps my head fairly cool most of the night. I have to move a bit at night to reach that cool area again. I have regained support in my neck and shoulders and wake up without pain. This pillow retains it shape without making you have to fluff it up throughout the night, again, it's a firm pillow. The support in my spine is great! I usually sleep on the edge of my pillow due to sinus issues, so the size of this pillow is excellent and I no longer have to sleep on the edge. So many other reviews complained of a terrible smell from this pillow, but I opened this one, let it decompress for a day or two, and there is no odor at all. After a bit over a week with this pillow, I am beyond happy with it. If you're looking for a firm, cooling pillow that keeps its shape and provides great support for your head, neck, and shoulders, this is the one.

I had high hopes for this cooling pillow after spending a good 2 weeks looking at every darn product on the market. I can't afford the copper Envy pillows that cost nearly $200 a piece - nor did I want the oddly contouring ones that help with your neck alignment, but for me would be uncomfortable and not accent the cooling impact I needed. I also didn't want the ones that appeared to need cooling in a fridge before bedtime or those that had a leaking problem. This classic brand seemed to get over-all favorable comments. I agree that the pillow is nicely soft and comfortable against your neck/face and spine. It is a very heavy pillow due to the memory foam that makes up most of the back and front of the pillow. The top part has the cooling gel in tiny clear/light blue vinyl pockets and that is the side I used the most as I am having night sweats galore these days. I would say the first two weeks the pillow worked pretty good. Upon laying my head at night, I would get a very slight cooling effect that helped ease me off to sleep. If I awoke during the night and felt warm again, I would just roll to another part of the pillow unused and same impact would occur and lull me back to sleep. For some reason, I don't feel I am getting that mild cooling effect any longer? You could feel it with your hand just touching the blue top of the pillow in the beginning it was that identifiable. Let your head hit the pillow and ah, light cooling relief. So, I am baffled why it worked and now no longer? I did not get any special instructions in my carry all case so, unsure if there is something special required after awhile? If anyone has a suggestion feel free to let me know. I don't want to downgrade a possibly good product if I am doing something wrong. But, if the claim the pillow makes is not valid, they deserve to get a negative view to keep suspecting buyers away. So for me, worked at first, but no longer. I bought a cooling mat at Amazon at the same time and that continues to work perfect. I will buy a second one of that today, but second NO classic brand cooling pillow. The claim of softness is true - cooling is off. High hopes dashed. Oh well....I'll keep searching.

I have been looking high and low at furniture stores grocery stores etc to find a pillow that is comfortable and can keep me cool at night I overheat so bad and could never find one until now this is the best pillow I’ve ever gotten and it is ice cold I love the feeling any of u hot sleepers that want some comfort get this it is amazing I actually get the shivers some nights from it!!!

I bought this pillow for the cooling pad. I'm sure that it makes a difference and is probably really nice for other people who run hot at night but I'm taking medications that cause insane night sweats. I don't think any cooling pillow or breathable bedding can help that. I am amazed at the memory foam however. Comfy pillows are hard to find! I just tried my first memory foam pillow a year ago from Walmart and it was way too hard and gave me a headache. But this is perfect! The only things I don't like: 1: it does smell pretty strong. Night 1 I sprayed my husbands cologne on it (yum!) but last night it wore off and was gross but not enough to make me get up and grab more spray. I'm sure the smell will go away soon. 2: I'm a side sleeper. I normally sleep with 2 pillows but this is perfect fluff that I only need one. But I notice my arms painfully falling asleep really quickly bc im putting too much pressure on my shoulder. This doesn't say it's for a side sleeper so totally not knocking off a star for that. I'll try adding an extra pillow underneath tonight. Despite my 2 cons and the fact that the cooling part doesn't cool ME (bc my issues are internal, not external factors like a warm pillow) I absolutely give this 5 stars bc of the memory foam! And for the price! I didn't expect much for this price but I'd pay twice as much if I had known how great it would be!

Buena relación calidad/precio, se percibe buena manufactura como la calidad de los materiales, llego en tiempo y forma. Si se percibe un ligero olor a plástico (como de producto nuevo), pero con una funda pasa a ser in-perceptibles, llevo ya unas semanas usándola y el olor ha disminuido (sin funda), es de excelente tamaño, no la considero una almohada alta, si se calienta pero al voltearla se enfría en poco tiempo, para volverla a usar del lado con gel, la uso para dormir y como soporte en la espalda cuando me encuentro sentado ( en una silla dentro de mi dormitorio) y da una excelente sensación de comodidad.

Expensive but helps me sleep better.

The cooling gel only works in a cool/cold environment otherwise it makes the situation worse. I don't really see the point of being cool when your cold so it's not for me. It's a very heavy pillow which squishes flat, personally I prefer less give in a pillow and more support. Might be good for those with anxiety

Great pillow for anyone who loves cool feel to the face. I know my husband would not like it as he is one who loves warmth at night and to be well covered. For me, I love that I can turn my head and find a cool/cold spot immediately without having to turn the pillow over. Have not used on reverse side so can't comment. It is not very high so when I first saw it I thought it would not work for me (who is used to a thick, high pillow), but it works.
