For measuring the flow and volume of the cold water with a temperature up to 30 deg c in the closed-circuit system with the full flow of the flux, and on the maximum working pressure up to 16 bar (pn16). Installed on the pipeline, in the horizontal and vertical position (h/v) in flats and detached houses. **Q: Can this be put outside**
A: Hi I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to this as I used 6 of these but all internal under kitchen sinks I would have thought if you tried one outside you might want to put it in some sort of housing to protect it . I would think it could be worth a try as very reasonably priced

**Q: what is the minimum flow in l/h**
A: It will measure down to a trickle whatever that is.

**Q: Is this meter sufficiently robust to install for permanent use under a sink? Does the small dial measure tenths of a litre?**
A: This is robust enough for permanent installation. The numeric indicator is m3 has 3 dps so the last place is "Litres" the other dial is synchronous with the flow and is just an "indicator" that there is flow.

**Q: What is the minimum working pressure required for operation?**
A: I don’t know but I have 4 bar pressure and they work fine
