However, package arrived intact, unlike some of the reviews with split boxed which was great. I've never used this company before I used to use my protein and then amazon's own brand amfit but cost increases, made me want to try elsewhere. So for the money and protein servings I cant complain. Its the cheapest on the market. Soke reviews say the taste is horrible however, I think its okay, not the best by a mile but its okay and the main thing for me is getting protein intake in. Also you get what u pay for. Protein also mixes okay, I use a regular shaker cup with metal mixer ball inside does the trick.
