Product broke within one month of use. Terrible.

This was good when it worked but has now gone wrong, You can’t turn it on, unless you open the battery case you can’t change the temperature unless open the battery case and take the battery out. Not reliable.

WORLD'S SLOWEST digital thermometer ! (my manual one is quicker). Used it for 2 months before it decided that 40 degrees C was the coldest it would read (regardless of the item's temperature). Not safe to use on food after that as no confidence in it's accuracy. Don't waste your money.

It's just not worth it. As some people have mentioned, the probe didn't last long. After a year, it just broke and fell apart. It's not a good quality product, especially since it's for catering, so it should last. I had exactly the same thermometer bought 15 years ago, but it finally gave up. I won't make the same mistake of thinking it's the same brand. It's just not worth it.

This probe has not been very good, from having to change the battery as it stopped working after a couple weeks to now it not switching on at all as it is falling apart. I will now have to purchase another probe at my expense. Not very good quality unfortunately

Poor product. Lasted less than two months with occasional use. Temperature now never shows below 100c. Amazon customer service directs me to contact the seller, Nisbets. Nisbets tell me to contact Amazon. Disappointing product and even worse customer service, from Nisbets especially.

I used the probe only ones and after that it showed LL and did not work any more I have worked in catering for 30 years and used the same sort of probe it cost me £9.86p not worth it, I found out what the problem was from going on the web.

Hopelessly inaccurate. Pamphlet gives a 1 degree accuracy for temperatures around 100C, mine was almost 4 degrees low in boiling water making it useless for any cooking application.

This thermometer is very precise, its readings coincide with Thermapen's readings, but it is very slow. It takes what seems like an eternity (over half a minute for sure) for it to get to the final value for the temperatures that I measure during cooking (in 120-180C range).
