Review: Rekindle your interest in chemistry whilst you introduce the concept and wonders of the periodic table to your children - Thjis the best and most interesting and complete BASIC guide to the elements and the periodic table I have seen. I recommend it for all, from adults to young children when they first study chemistry. I would particularly recommend it for home schooling. It describes the elements, their sources in the earth, their origin, their properties and uses and their biological function in nature and in human biology. All concisely in a page or two. My only criticism is the frequent reference to the politically distorted view of climate change. which was fashionable when the book was written and should now be ignored.
