I’ve been looking for hair growth and thickness products for ages and can’t find any products** A: I would not be without my Paul Mitchell , it doesn't help hair growth but definitely thickens my very fine hair highly recommended **Q: Is this one of the cruelty-free products?** A: Hi Eve, Yes it is. It's an excellent product too, I've been using it regularly for many years. **Q: Does this help yor hair dry quicker? I have another paul mitchell serum which makes my hair dry quick but would like the extra volume too** A: Not really. I use it with Paul Miltchell mousse as I have fine hair and I find both products helps thicken my hair. Fabulous product, wouldn't be without it. **Q: how do you remove the top in order to use the pump?** A: You do not remove the purple top, it has a mark on the top with a 0 (for closed - useful when travelling so it doesn't leak) and you turn it in the direction of the 1 to enable you to pump the purple top to get the product out of the nozzle. If, as in the last case I ordered some, nothing comes out, you can unscrew the whole top of the bottle and check that the tube inside isn't blocked. Sometimes, you might need to pull off the tube and run warm water through it to shift any blockages. A quick blow down the tube helps too! You can then reinsert it into the pump mechanism and screw the top back on. it make take several pumps before the product emerges. I think sometimes the product has been stored for a long time or somewhere very cold etc. but once you get it going it should be fine. Hope this helps.
