Using this product for approximately a year now I notice when I forget to re-order it because I do not sleep as well-I consider this product relatively effective with sleep initiation and maintaining a good nights sleep. The taste is tolerable, a little sweet. Overall a good product.

My recommendation : If you're new to melatonin, don't start with the full 20 mg dose. Since this product is easy to dose, I'd suggest beginning with a couple of drops (1–3 mg) about 30–60 minutes before bedtime and increasing only if needed. Tastes good and the dosage needed is small. I think it's good value for the money compared to some others with big bottles and a cup. With this you put some drops under your tongue.
