This item is heavy and robust, It seems to be double walled and substantial. You can fit documents, and a few small items - just right for the purpose we needed and it comes with two keys. Its a goods solid quality and I would recommend.

**Q: If buried, how safe are the contents from the elements?**
A: Just by looking at mine, If it is locked and undamaged and used for the storage of documents and digital media . probably safe for a short time against accidental buria in damp rather than waterlogged soil.  But there is no way it is designed for deliberate lnng-term burial

**Q: My safe will not open - does anyone know what to do?**
A: This happened to me I had to pay to get a locksmith to open it for me. These are from a bad batch I believe, I bought another same company everything, different type of closure tho and never had a problem since, that was 3 years ago and my new one still works fine. Hope that helps

**Q: Is there a requirement to open the box for 30 minutes weekly to avoid moisture build up?**
A: I have used this type of Safe for some years & have noticed no condensation moisture problems. However we do store it in a warm environment and I would not recommend keeping it in a very cold or damp environment. I hope this helps.

**Q: Plastic casing shows a split externally after storage- faulty but no obvious guarantee**
A: The casing is not split in this product which I have.

This seems a well made piece of kit, not a whole lot of space inside but it was exactly what we needed (for a relative to store important paperwork and files), quite heavy so less likely to be knocked around, haven't had it long but seems to be decent. Handle is VERY useful, unsure how strong it will be if used a lot though. Can only hope it is as good as promised. But from first impressions seems to be one of best on market.
