After some use one of the parts failed. I was sent a replacement part incredibly fast! The press works as described and is a wonderful tool!

This machine is a beast! It feels very solid and well-made. I love that it comes with all the attachments (hats, mugs, plates), but be prepared to spend some time reading the manual to figure out how to swap them out. The pressure adjustment knob is a bit stiff at first, but once you find the 'sweet spot' for your HTV or sublimation, it works perfectly. My only tip: make sure you have plenty of counter space since it swings out to the side!

Likes: Heats up fast, swinging arm, adjustable height, extra attachments and well made. It is heavy. Dislike: Directions are laking. I had to go online to figure out how to do use it. I have had this press machine for over a year and I have used it several times. Now that I know who to use it I love it! I mainly use it for clothing and just recently for bags. I have used all sorts of vinyl. Shiny, sparkle and plain. They all require different temps but they have all worked out great. The price was right and the performance is worth the price. 5/5 stars

I love the shirt press! It seems to work just fine. The mug press, however, worked fine for 2 mugs on two different days. Then when I went to do a 3rd mug, the attachment overheated and started smoking. I'm now afraid to re-attach it. Here's hoping the plate and hat presses don't do that.
