It wasn't cheap but recovery was slow and I wanted to help things along. Its not too noisy so I generally use watching the tv. As the manual states there is no quick fix but with regular application things definitely started getting better. I'm nearly 100% now but I still use it at the end of a stressful day to relieve the tightness that has built up.
