Are these earbuds able to reduce noise leakage?

I own Sony WF-700B earbuds... the chart suggests SF2 tips based on speaker tube size, locking every customer into the same ear canal size..? This seems illogical... Are there various SF2 tip sizes... Is there such a tip as SF2-LARGE..?
