i got a pre built system with this case, how would I open it to upgrade it?

undo the screws at the back of the case but to be honest if u know so little about something as simple as a case u may want to go to a computer shop and get them to upgrade it before u damage what u have already got that is working

You can fit Both types of HDD, there are 2 SSD spaces on the right front-facing side & 3 Standard on the bottom accessed through the rear side panel, you will need a bracket attachment iff you intend to fit the smaller SSD in this location.
