Review: The super mop you never knew you needed. - Wow, I can’t believe I am writing a review for a mop bit this is no ordinary mop this is a super mop! I used with method floor cleaner, what a incredible job it did. I am a floor washing snob, this makes cleaning your floor easy. I have a disability, I find this mop is really easy to use and so much less hassle. I love the fact you aren’t using dirty water, as you can control how much water you spray the floor it doses not get absolutely soaking taking ages to dry. The big point I love is that you can put the mop heads on/off with ease, pop in the washing machine and the cloth is clean to use for next time. I can’t tell you how much cleaner much country cottage floors look, sparkling. One thing I did do is buy additional adds. Add it up and it is pricey. I thought I must be made spending this on mop and heads but well, well worth it. A great investment. A genuine 5/5* review, I can’t believe id be writing a review but the product is that good I had too- highly recommend.

A: I have just done the same thing! Use a serving spoon handle end. And the head just pops out

**Q: I have just purchased the vileda 2 in 1 mop. I am having bother connecting the mop to the pole can anyone advise, I don't want to force it, thank you**
A: I had to push it quite hard to get into place too - it's quite resilient, but once in it will remain very snug which is what you want. It's a great mop for laminate!

**Q: How does it cope with ceramic tile floors with fairly raised surface? thanks PW**
A: If this is any help, it works a dream. I've used it on both. Era mic tiles (raised), vinel floor & wood. It works on them all & it's SO easy to use. I'm in a wheelchair so it has to work for me or things get binned! You really can't go wrong but make sure u buy a spare head as well. Use one & throw other in wash! Magic 

**Q: why does my mop not work it will not spray. Do i need to remove something to start it?**
A: We had the same issue. Initially we only part filled the neck and it wouldn’t spray at all. We found that if you fill it all the way to the very top (up to the fill lines in the handle) and leave it a minute or two, water then works it’s way through and the spray should work.

Wow, I can’t believe I am writing a review for a mop bit this is no ordinary mop this is a super mop! I used with method floor cleaner, what a incredible job it did. I am a floor washing snob, this makes cleaning your floor easy. I have a disability, I find this mop is really easy to use and so much less hassle. I love the fact you aren’t using dirty water, as you can control how much water you spray the floor it doses not get absolutely soaking taking ages to dry. The big point I love is that you can put the mop heads on/off with ease, pop in the washing machine and the cloth is clean to use for next time. I can’t tell you how much cleaner much country cottage floors look, sparkling. One thing I did do is buy additional adds. Add it up and it is pricey. What a brilliant invention! Leaves my laminate floor streak free for the first time ever as you can control how much cleaning liquid you spray in front of the mop. Floor dries very quickly as it's not soaking which made a nice change from tiptoeing around trying not to leave footmarks! Nice height and very easy to maneuver as it swivels in between chair legs etc. I would suggest you make sure the trigger and spray outlet is aligned properly before fitting the handle into the mop part as it's quite a firm push-fit and may be difficult to get back out if you attach it wrongly. Used it with the Vileda cleaning liquid which has a lovely clean smell although it took almost half the bottle to fill the reservoir. You can use your own cleaning solution which pours into the top and fills up the reservoir in the handle. Cleaning my large kitchen floor was an absolute doddle with this and I recommend it wholeheartedly!
