Review: It's ARCTIC! The gold standard for conventional thermal paste. - Unless you want some crazy painted on metalic thermal conduction material, ARCTIC is great! MX-4 is good, too, but avoid MX-5, there was/is some problem with the formulation. I bought a Thermalright Assassin X 120 V2 CPU Air Cooler, AX120 V2 CPU fan, which is great, because my CPU was getting really hot, like in the high 80s C or low 90s C. However, after installing the bigger CPU fan with the MX-6 paste, my CPU never got even close to those high temperatures, under the same heavy (video) processing load as before. So........I had removed and replaced my CPU stock fan a couple of times, using the existing thermal paster -- it looked like there was enough remaining so I just spread it around evenly. Now, I'm thinking that that was a mistake. In fact, I may not have needed to add a big, honking fan at all, but it's nice to have it. On my quad core i5-7600, as I write this, I'm running around 53°C (CPU limits: high = +80.0°C, crit = +100.0°C) so I'm happy. Heavy loads take me to the 60s °C. The fan runs a little, but not anyway near full speed. So, don't reuse your thermal paster.

A: Can not say for sure but used it on a Ryzen 7 and I would guess there might be 3-4 application total. Possibly more.

Unless you want some crazy painted on metalic thermal conduction material, ARCTIC is great! MX-4 is good, too, but avoid MX-5, there was/is some problem with the formulation. The colder it is, the harder the paste is to spread but otherwise its given me excellent performance the last 6 months. I dont get GPU or CPU temps above 50-60C with an aurus 5080 ice, 9800X3D, mk6 thermal paste, an h9 flow computer case, and a tryx panorama AIO on 4k graphics max settings no dlss AI. This is in games like arc raiders, dying light the beast, battlefield 6, escape from tarkov, expedition 33, tainted grail fall of avalon, and kingdom come deliverance 2.
