I bought this product for MacBook Pro. Mac OS (Monterey V12.7.6) system directly recognized it. Microsoft Teams and other applications also work fine with this webcam. I checked its features and capability and posted the screenshot to my comment. It supports 4k with 30fps. As they said in the other comments, auto-focus works fast enough. It may not be suitable for streaming but it is definitely enough for professional business life. Only one negative side so far, if the room is not bright enough, your image will be dark. They haven't been able to solve this problem. The light should be illuminating your face. Actually, this is a big problem, but it doesn't affect my usage purpose. Best,

I initially gave this product 1 star because the video quality was very poor for me—definitely not 4K, closer to 240p. Sound was fine, and the camera cover is a nice feature. Unfortunately, I didn’t test it properly during the return window because I wasn’t working from home much that month. After my review, the seller reached out, offered a full refund, and even let me keep the item. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and support. And It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction. I believe I must have received a faulty unit, given others here have testified to better experiences with the product. It’s been brilliant for Teams meetings where there isn’t a linked camera to a projector or wall screen.

This is the second of the cameras that I’ve had the first was a Christmas present which had to be returned because it had a device identify error when trying to plug the device in and Windows wouldn’t pick it up. So I ordered it myself separately and Windows picks it up fine butthe image quality is very poor. It’s definitely not a 4K camera very grainy I have a 4K monitor and the image was 1440 P resolution and very grainy. In addition the auto focus keeps constantly shifting even when you’re not moving, creating a very poor image for zoom meetings and such. I would avoid.

Definitely an upgrade from my old webcam I've had since around 2020. But I can't install this AMCAP software for whatever reason. And while most of the cam's features are a big upgrade, the quality isn't much better, it's still grainy when I use it in OBS or just in my PC's default camera.

I spent ages trying to work out which camera would be most useful to connect to my Mac for video conferencing. Once I had set this up, and made a couple of minor adjustments on Microsoft teams and zoom, I was extremely happy with the video quality in my two video conference is on Thursday and Friday. When I asked the people on the other end of the conferences, they said that my picture was amongst the sharpest of all of those who had attended.

For the price, I didn't believe it would be any good, just slightly better than my integrated webcam. I plugged it in the way they explained and wow I was shocked. Instant smile on my face. That stuff is great. Easy to attach and can easily be moved. Just buy it guys.
