Arrived and looked new except the unit I did expect it to be wrapped in something vs clear sticky sheet over it. The case had a smudge. I still gave it the benefit of being new. I go to plug it in to charge and can’t find the charger hole. It’s not in a good place from a point of design, location and functionality. As you can see in my picture someone before me broke it forcing where you put the plug.
