What is going on?** A: Make sure you have locked the cartridge in after inserting it, and that the black ink reel is full. I did not have any issues switching between Nylon cloth M21-750-499 and Vinyl tape M21-750-427. Also make sure the label you are trying to make will fit on the vinyl label. I am using genuine Brady label cartridges.
