Customer service and poor business management kills an amazing products
Beautiful design the wood components are well constructed but ours arrived without hardware to assemble. the people at stokke do not have customer service and ignore emails. My wife waited on the phone for over 3-hours once on hold. It was useless to get their help and after weeks of effort we gave up and returned the crib. Great product, in theory, but bad management.

Great mini crib! Just being your patience for assembly 🥴
LOVE this mini crib…did not love instructions for assembly. Not one word…just photos that were not entirely helpful. We finally got it together and are super happy with finished product, but STOKKE please revisit your instruction manual 🙏

My order was missing items
Crib was missing rail hanger , I had not noticed it because when it was bought we did not open it to assemble right away, upon getting closer to our due date, we’re assembling it recently and we noticed the rail hanger for the canopy. Not sure if this product was sent to us used but we paid a pretty penny for it to be missing parts.

Baby crib
When first arrived it didn't come with all the hardware, I let Amazon know and they sent me another one right away. My granddaughter loves it, especially how it fits well in the room not taking allot of space.
