How frequently do you use it? Every other day or every day

I used it every other day. When they use to sell it in the malls, that's what I was instructed to do. I saw that they sold the cleansing bar of soap that you can use on your body and face that's for daily use. They sell daily use facial cleanser but I find that is has too much perfume to it or something. When you exfoliate your getting rid of dead skin on the surface. Our skin sheds everyday but exfoliating everyday can do more harm than good so twice of three times a week will do.

Does this product expire?

I doesn't really say. However you can always tell if any product has change in its appearance or consistency.

Does it help dark under eye circles?

no, but premier eye serum may help
