Their customer service is top notch. Contrary to another review, this is actually a great set. First of all, read the specs. No it isn't a gallon of paint. It's enough to do a couple small projects. The rainbow liquid and black 2.0 can be thinned slightly with water, and it still covers nicely. Remember what you're buying here. This is high-end, boutique art supplies, not craft store junk.
