I bought this to protect the frame rails on my new Hawke dump trailer where the dump body contacts the trailer frame. The 20-foot roll was the perfect length—I cut it into two 10-foot strips and it covered both rails exactly. Installation was straightforward. The adhesive felt very strong, and after applying it I lowered the dump body using the hydraulic power-down feature to compress the rubber tape firmly against the rails. It bonded well and gave me confidence it would stay in place. The tape has a nice thickness to cushion the metal-to-metal contact and should help reduce wear on the painted frame over time. Overall, it appears to be a quality product that was easy to install and worked exactly as I hoped.

excellent product, very dense rubber. Good adhesive. I used to line metal hooks that hang on a metal gate to prevent metal on metal damage. I purchased the 1/8" thickness originally thinking the rubber would collapse, but it is so thick and dense I returned it and got the 1/16" and it is perfect.

exactly what i was looking for, dense rubber rather than a thin foam sort of material. adhesive is v sticky and strong. stuck it to a 5lb metal box so it didnt slide on or clink againt the metal desk it is sitting on. works perfect

Used this as a finishing edging on a large doll case. I had to replace the glass and wanted to cover the glue under the glass. This molded very well around the corners and was very sticky. The only thing to be careful of was peeling off the backing. Sometimes it would pull off some glue, so you need to use a fingernail to hold the glue in place while peeling back the thin plastic backing. It can be a little challenging, but totally do-able. Looks good and also adds some cushioning/padding as the product is thick enough to add a bumper-like aspect to the case. Since this item will be shipped, it's definitely a plus.

Very fast delivery and the rubber is high quality with good adhesive. I used it as a bumper edge on my boat swim platform. I used contact adhesive in combination with the adhesive backing on the rubber. Then I sealed the edges with silicone against the fiberglass platform. Looks great and very functional to protect the fiberglass swim platform.

Exactly what it says it is. Flexible and very sticky. Those who say it doesn't stick are peeling off the adhesive film on the back when trying to remove the protective covering.

I bought this to replace the rubber feet on my sport track roof rack. The replacements made for it were expensive and couldn't order for some reason. I cut two strips for each of the 4 feet. I cleaned the steel feet well with rubbing alcohol. Product exceeded my expectations. Sticks well and much thicker than original and not as soft/flimsy, I would recommend for sure. Lots left to the top for future and other projects.

Perfect! I bought this roll of adhesive rubber to add grip to my bed risers. The risers are made entirely of plastic so my bed frame would constantly slide around on top of them. I cut the rubber to size, stuck it onto the risers and it’s completely solved the problem. My bed now stays firmly in place and doesn’t slide around at all. Hopefully this helps anyone wondering how strong or heavy duty this rubber actually is. If it can keep an entire bed frame from sliding around then I’d definitely say it does the job!
