Brought 3 and surrounded them with coal and weaved fairy lights through the coals. I have set the lights at different angles so that the ribbons are not so uniformed. I think 3 ribbons would work better than the current 2 ribbons on each light. I have a firepit table under a covered gazebo on wooden decking. So decided to try a safe faux flame, no heat, no smell or smoke instead of the real thing. Its really effective creating a cozy effect with visitors assuming it's real. The fan is almost silent, it sounds like the gas pilot light on a cooker. I have a wood burner that can't be used at the moment and have now popped this Firelight into the grate with some logs artfully placed around it. With the doors slightly ajar the Firelight gives off a lovely warm glow and the "chiffon type" material cut like flames flutters just like a real fire would. Although there is no heat coming from the fire this gadget creates a warm looking glow to liven up what was a dead, dark spot in the lounge.
