Forget rattle can clear coat - this is what you need.
I decided to try this because I couldn't get the deep glassy finish on my bonnet to match the rest of the vehicle no matter how many coats I applied, rubbed over with 3000grade and polished.This gave exctly the finish i was after and even though I used a gloss paint roller, it ws very hard to tell it hadn't be spraayed. (and expert would know)

Clearly among the best there is
I have used various lacquers in the past, but this upol product is a cut above the rest, especially with the fast hardener. Excellent brilliantly clear results, especially with pearl/ metallics, so these days I just rely on upol. It's additionally, great value for money, significantly less expensive than inferior products whose names you may not have heard of before. But upol is an industry standard, and resultingly of blindingly obvious quality.
