A: Should do, if it’s a plastic meter box cannot see why not.

**Q: Does this some with fitting instructions?**
A: I can't remember if it had fitting instructions, but it's relatively straightforward.  If you have both gas and electricity boxes, just look at the undamaged latch and it will be clear how it fits.  Good luck.

**Q: I have a hepworth elecricirty meter box. inside is printed what looks like po-030. 16 years old. i was wondering if this will fit?**
A: Michael R. Can't help in this as not aware of box names however, the broken catch was just a push in until it clicked and taking old one out was nip and push back out. You should get some idea by looking closely. That's what I did and it worked. Took about two minutes.

**Q: will this fix the part the hinge goes into? I have a tiny break off at the door hinge**
A: No, the kit you’ve looked at is to close and secure the door.  It’s a replacement lock and is a great kit!  You could easily fix your hinge with a piece of wire (thin coat hanger) cut to a length, bend 1cm over drop into the hinges holes.  Should hold you door on!?!  Hope the suggestion helps you.
