I got to say it does work damn good I normally don't leave a very positive review and many things unless it actually impresses me this is one of the few things I can definitely say it's worth it shipping could be a little better but the price of the machine itself you definitely get your money's worth the instruction manual gives you the q&A right off the bat which is a big plus with more companies would do the instructions are very clear and even tells you about water hardness which I am so thankful they include that the small ice it is very tiny the large ones are decent size and you can easily fit them into a bottle and it definitely will cool your drink off really quickly so honestly so far it's really good I've been running it since I got it after letting the refrigerant sit and settle for 4 hours which is understandable well worth it and the appearance is honestly sleek enough where you can put it on a countertop and not worry about it looking out of place it looks like it's meant to go there so they got the appearance spot on keep up the great work I look forward to seeing what other products your company makes

The ice maker unfortunately arrived damaged from shipping (a cosmetic crack; it still worked fine), and the seller went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Communication was top notch, immediate, and constant, from start to finish.AAAAA++++ seller, buy with confidence!The ice maker itself is great; makes ice as quickly and as quietly as these kinds of units can. Nice and small, easy to take anywhere, and if you have a 110v battery bank then you can have ice anywhere!

I purchased this ice maker because my ice maker went out in my freezer and I’m not replacing it again for a second time. My friend told me that this was a good ice maker because she has one just like this but in a different color. Super easy to setup. The ice melts fastest than you would expect especially in your drink. I mainly put the ice in a cup just to chew on it because it taste absolutely amazing. The ice isn’t hard like you would expect it to be it’s actually pretty soft. The only things that I don’t really like is that the buttons have where you can get it to make Small or Large ice and when we push the small it still makes the ice cubes larger size and the other thing is the ice doesn’t always go down into the basket it gets caught up on the little lip piece and it makes the ice machine say ice full when it’s actually not.

Makes ice cubes quickly, requires very little maintenance, fits on the counter perfectly.

I have had this ice maker for a little over a year and am very happy with it. It makes enough for my needs (single person household) and has worked great the entire time. My one concern is with keeping the interior clean enough. There is an area back behind the rods that create the ice cubes that got VERY yucky with mold. It is an area that isn't easy to see, let alone get to. I noticed the area recently and got to work. I took out the two screws that hold the top housing and CAREFULLY lifted the lid (there are wires so was careful not to pull on them or get them wet). That gave me a little bit of a clearer look at what was going on. I then took a toothbrush and cleaned - but could only get to the area by putting the toothbrush head between the ice rods....it was a little tricky but worked. Then, I ran the auto clean feature a couple of times to be sure everything cleared. This is the only design "problem" I've found...otherwise, this unit has been great!!

We moved to a new house and sadly there was no waterline for our fridge. Not the biggest deal, but we are really bad about remembering to empty and refill ice trays. I did some research on countertop ice makers and came across this one. It's the perfect size, doesn't make a lot of noise, and it makes enough ice in a good amount of time. The ice melts down into the water reservoir and can be reused.A common complaint I saw about this particular model was of mold growing inside the water reservoir and above the area where the ice is made. We've had our ice maker a while, and have done my best to keep it clean. The instructions do not share how to prevent mold, but I figured out that if you remove the two screws under the lifting lid above the ice, you can remove the whole top half of the ice maker to clean out everything carefully.It also recommends using the self-cleaning function (holding down the power button until all the lights start flashing) at least once a week, and draining out the water and cleaning it with mild soap regularly. I also add a capful of white vinegar and run the self-cleaning every other week, dump it out, and run the self cleaning again with fresh water and dump that out. It has helped keep any mold issues at bay, and our ice sparkling.I hope this helps anyone who is on the fence from the reviews about the mold, and I hope this helps anyone else who is looking into getting this one. As I said, it's fairly quiet, but when the ice drops, it does make a bit of noise. You get used to it pretty quick, but it does spook the cats sometimes, ha ha.

Need more instruction on only filling one cup of water. Some times l can’t wait for a full run of a full 2 cups of water I like to put cubes in the freezer. The cubs do like to freeze together as any ice cubes do. Can be tapped with a scoop or ice pick. Fun for the user.

My refrigerator ice maker went out so I decided to purchase this and I’m so glad I did. At first I was worried because it was so inexpensive but so far so good 😊

Doesn't work, tried it several times now - left it running for 6 hours and not a single ice cube was formed.
