Usually my muscles are screaming but today the pain is tolerable. Still a bit sore but nothing… nothing like before. Yes it’s sweet but you only have to drink a glass of it, and you can dilute it with water. I like to drink it during my workout or after. Tastes kinda like Gatorade but sweeter.
