I am Amazed at how much less pain I am in after using this tape to support my shoulder. You NEED someone else to apply the tape for you. If you need to trim it before application, be sure to trim it so that it is well rounded and not a blunt cut. Those peel up too easily from the sharp corners. I used these 7 years ago and my left shoulder has had zero pain since then. But now my right shoulder is the culprit. I've had this one on for 6 days. They last longer than a day. Depending on how you apply, whether you're in a humid area, etc. I'd say 5-7 days is the norm. I had one last as long at 10 days. My sister went thru steroid shots and PT. Mine is just as good as hers and at that time 5 of them were $30.
