Highly Recommended! *by J***S on May 29, 2015* I waited more than 30 days to write a review. These pills are amazing. I'm in full blown menopause and it's bad. These pills have cut my hot flashes, the horrible hot flushes I get at night down by at least 95%! I can not sweat due to a spinal cord injury. I was really suffering, my night sweats were like hot flushes coming up in my body increasing my body tempture to unbareable temps! (My husband said I felt like I could burn him my skin would get so hot!) I had to get in a cold shower to cool down 2-6 times at night and a couple of times throughout the day. It was awful! I did not want to take HRT's due to the high cancer factor that comes with taking them. I started taking these pills on a recommendation from a friend. (Soy has something natural in it that is like estrogen) I also take Black Cohosh & snack on soy nuts. My mood swings have even leveled out. It took about 24-30 days before they started to help. It's amazing. I highly recommend. I will not run out of these. I may take them for the rest if my life, after reading some post menopausal women still get the occasional hot flash & night sweats.
